Job Description
Trivsys is currently seeking a committed Customer Support Executive to join our domestic operations in Bahadurabad, Karachi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs25,00, plus an additional Rs5,00 allowance and commission opportunities.
The primary responsibilities include making and receiving customer calls, engaging in outdoor meetings with potential clients, providing detailed product information, and effectively assisting with follow-ups.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English, demonstrate confidence for outdoor engagements, and maintain a target-oriented approach. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
