Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is in search of a dedicated Human Resources Executive to enhance our HR and administrative functions. This essential position plays a key role in managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, and ensuring effective office administration to promote seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and employee onboarding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in payroll preparation.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and address employee inquiries.
- Manage office supplies and oversee facility management tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
