Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to enhance our daily HR and administrative functions. This vital role ensures the smooth execution of internal processes and efficient employee management. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, maintaining HR documentation, and facilitating office administration and facility management to promote overall operational success.
The ideal candidate will manage recruitment activities, maintain employee records, assist with payroll preparation, monitor attendance, and address employee inquiries proficiently.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office.
