Job Description
UMER AND SONS is currently seeking a detail-oriented Billing Officer to join our Facility Management team. The primary responsibility of this role includes overseeing the billing and invoicing processes for our services, ensuring accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Key duties encompass generating and processing invoices, entering billing data, validating and issuing refund checks, and maintaining 100% accuracy in all billing records. Ideal candidates should possess a B.Tech alongside a B.Com or equivalent qualification, a diploma in MS Office, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with dashboard macros and conditional formatting, is highly desired. We encourage qualified individuals to apply!
