Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Partner – Home Care to lead sourcing and supplier relationships for home care products. You will develop category strategy, negotiate contracts, drive cost optimization, and ensure uninterrupted supply. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations to align on demand forecasts, manage purchase orders, and uphold company policies and compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years procurement experience in FMCG or home care; ERP system proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; results- and detail-oriented with a focus on supplier performance and cost savings.
