Job Description
Vantage Technologies is currently searching for a highly skilled and professional Customer Support Representative to manage both inbound and outbound calls for a UK-based medical project. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and exhibit outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Key responsibilities include handling calls with utmost professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting interactions. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within UK customer support. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT), with a monthly salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00.
