Job Description
Vibractive is actively seeking an IT Support Executive to facilitate smooth IT operations within our amusement park. This position focuses on providing software support, managing network functions, overseeing CCTV operations, maintaining IT assets, and resolving daily technical challenges. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software and user support
- Manage network systems
- Oversee CCTV surveillance
- Maintain data center and server room
- Manage IT assets
- Handle printing equipment
Qualifications:
- BCS/BSCS/MCS or Networking Certification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or amusement park setting
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
Location: Lake City, Lahore
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 + Benefits
