Job Description
Waseela Networks (Pvt) Limited is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to join our Islamabad branch. As the initial point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and manage the check-in process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments effectively.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Ensure patient records are kept confidential.
- Assist with billing procedures and insurance verification.

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
