Job Description
WAVE is seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives / Call Center Agents to enhance our outbound sales team for U.S. campaigns. In this position, you will reach out to U.S. customers (B2C) and utilize your outstanding communication skills to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell insurance plans.
- Achieve designated sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales or call center experience.
- Exceptional spoken English proficiency.
Job Location: Time Square Plaza, Islamabad
