Job Description
Webbuggs is actively seeking a driven Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our expanding logistics support team. This position is essential to our U.S.-based trucking and dispatch operations, presenting outstanding opportunities for professional advancement and income in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls.
- Provide tailored sales presentations.
- Address incoming inquiries promptly.
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Coordinate for effective client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Education: O/A Levels, FA/FSc, or higher.
- Fluency in English (North American accent preferred).
- Experience in trucking, dispatch, or sales is a plus; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
