Job Description
WebDigitalSphere is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative who embodies a “CAN DO” spirit and possesses exceptional communication skills in English. The perfect candidate will have a background in making outbound calls and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive service information to customers.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain precise customer records.
- Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Available for morning shifts (9 AM to 6 PM).
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
Location: In-person, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
