Job Description
We invite you to join the Women’s Empowerment Group as a Fundraising Call Agent! In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to engage both existing and prospective donors. You will articulate our mission and illustrate the significant impact of their contributions. Your responsibilities will include confidently soliciting donations and addressing objections professionally, while striving to meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
Ideal candidates should possess at least an Intermediate qualification, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in generating donations for social or health-related causes in Pakistan is required. Proficiency in Urdu is essential, while additional skills in English are advantageous. A target-oriented mindset and basic computer skills are crucial for success in this position.
