Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Social Media & Content Head who is adept at enhancing brand presence online, beyond mere image postings. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive content strategy, oversee creative execution, and evaluate performance metrics to ensure brand growth.
Your key responsibilities will entail:
- Developing weekly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Crafting compelling captions and scripts for video content.
- Leading and mentoring a small creative team.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and refining content strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy.
- Strong writing skills and a solid understanding of content psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Must reside in Lahore, available for part-time work (24 hours/week).
