Job Description
Xcentric Services is looking for a qualified HR Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the onboarding process, develop strategic HR initiatives, and manage performance appraisal systems. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, and conducting workplace investigations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a software house, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Work Location: In-person at 10-K, Phase 1 DHA Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Job Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
