Salary: 40,00 to 45,00 PKR
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts as needed
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide Level One support for both hardware and software issues, manage networking tasks, including camera installations, and maintain local servers (DC, ADC). This role also includes administering the pfsense firewall and overseeing wireless network operations.
The responsibilities further extend to efficiently handling inventory management and responding to support requests from various locations, including the USA, UAE, and Pakistan. Collaboration with development, sales, HR, and accounts teams is essential, along with a solid understanding of equipment procurement.
