Your Role:
- Lead engaging onboarding and sales training sessions.
- Conduct workshops and provide one-on-one coaching.
- Identify skill gaps and ensure learning aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate on key performance indicators (KPIs) and team development.
- Evaluate training outcomes and suggest enhancements.
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in sales training, exceptional communication skills, and a background in dynamic industries.
Compensation: Rs140,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month.
