Job Description
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The role includes handling inquiries, scheduling property viewings, maintaining CRM records, preparing documentation, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly
- Coordinate viewings, update client records, and follow up on leads
- Assist with paperwork and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; strong communication and organizational skills required
