Job Description
Zenith Associates is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Officer with a strong background in networking, CCTV systems, software and hardware support, and vendor management. This full-time role is essential for maintaining our IT infrastructure and delivering prompt assistance to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems effectively.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for desktops and laptops.
- Coordinate procurement activities with vendors.
- Handle general IT tasks and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting capabilities.
