Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is looking for a committed Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient coverage at all sites, receiving tasks from management, and collaborating with senior management and field teams to swiftly address officer concerns and manage shift adjustments.
Your primary duties will include communicating with clients during alarm response calls, accurately completing incident reports, and effectively documenting officer activities. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Rawalpindi – Reliable commuting or relocation is required.
