Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Administration Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance.
- Responsibilities: develop and maintain SOPs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, supervise administrative staff, improve workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Requirements: minimum 5 years in operations or administration, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and process-improvement tools, and a results-oriented mindset.
